Low Voltage

In industrial applications, Switchgear assemblies used for low voltage power distribution and control of motors are called Power & Motor Control Centres.
Power & Motor Control Centers are floor mounted assemblies, having one or more enclosed vertical sections, a common horizontal power bus, incorporated vertical buses connected to common horizontal bus and contains power distribution feeders and motor control units.

Relay & Control Panels consist of Instruments, meters, protective relays, auxiliary relays, annunciator and other apparatus.

Application of Fully Draw-out Power cum Motor Control Center is similar to the normal Power & Motor Control Center. due to fully draw-out type feeders it is having added advantages over normal power & motor control centers such as increased availability of rapidly replaceable defective module with identical spare module.
Moreover, it has improved operational interface due to it’s availability of “Test” position; operation of module can be checked in test position without connecting it to mains.

Feeder pillars having as incomer and outgoing feeders consist of Switch Fuse Units/Fuse Links of various ratings as per the requirement of customers. They generally have Front and rear compartment arrangements, Front compartment consist of switch fuse units or Fuse links and rear compartment provides space for outgoing cable terminations.

A Wall Mounting type Distribution Boards are also referred to as MCCB Panels. A typical Wall Mounting type distribution board is equipped with MCCB as incomer and MCCBs or MCBs as outgoings. MCCB incomer is connected with upstream main distribution boards whereas outgoing MCCBs or MCBs are connected to the downstream loads.
These Distribution Boards have wide range of flexibility; Incomer and outgoings can be modified to Switch disconectors, MCCB, MCB, RCCB or RCD.

A Free Standing Distribution Boards is equipped with MCCB/MCB as incomer and MCCBs/MCBs as outgoings. Incomer is connected with upstream main distribution boards whereas outgoings are connected to the downstream loads. These Distribution Boards having wide range of flexibility and based on customer requirements Incomer and outgoings can be modified to Switch disconectors, MCB, RCCB or RCD.
These Boards are used for sub distribution of small power and lighting loads for Industrial, commercial and domestic applications.

DG Synchronising and Load Sharing Panel is used for Synchronisation of two or more DG sets as per the load requirements. One DG Set is selected as Master and other DG set/ sets selected as follower.
When the load on Master DG set reaches to a particular level it gives ON command to the other DG sets, it provides necessary inputs and control signals to other DG sets to synchronise the frequency and voltage level with that of Master DG Sets. At a particular instant, when frequency and voltage is synchronised, it provides ON command to the incomer of the second DG set and put both the DG sets in parallel operations.
During parallel operation, it monitors and control frequency and voltages of DG sets to ensure balance load sharing among all the DG sets through PLC control system.

Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel consists of capacitors of different ratings. It measures and monitor the overall Power factor of the loads, compares it with the set value and provide programmed logic signals to switch on/off capacitor banks to ensure desired power factor automatically.

Programmable Logic Controllers have three components. These three PLC components are: processor, power supply, and an input/output (I/O) section. The processor, or the brain of the PLC system, is a solid-state device designed to perform a wide variety of production, machine tool, and process-control functions.

Air Insulated Busduct or Busbar trunking for electrical distribution is an alternative to cumbersome conventional cable distribution system. It has the advantages of expansions, changes, replacement and reusing capability in future.
Bus bars in enclosure are held tight, and cannot easily slide even in vertical run when used as rising mains. Automatic polarity is maintained during installation. System can be mounted edgewise or flat wise, horizontally or vertically in any direction with all kinds of bends, and tees. Two sections can be electrically isolated for maintenance and testing in installed condition without dismantling or removal of any section.
