Relay Track System
The Relay Track system, is a vital component in the railway signaling infrastructure. It plays a key role in controlling track circuits, points, and signals, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trains. Each relay on the rack functions as a switch, responding to control commands and track conditions in real-time. These systems are designed for high reliability and are typically installed in signal rooms or relay huts near critical railway junctions.

Loop Box
The Relay Track system, is a vital component in the railway signaling infrastructure. It plays a key role in controlling track circuits, points, and signals, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trains. Each relay on the rack functions as a switch, responding to control commands and track conditions in real-time. These systems are designed for high reliability and are typically installed in signal rooms or relay huts near critical railway junctions.
Location Box
The Location Box is a durable and weatherproof outdoor enclosure used in railway and signaling systems to house critical electrical and electronic components. Constructed from stainless steel or powder-coated metal, it offers excellent resistance to harsh environmental conditions such as rain, dust, and extreme temperatures.
Typically installed along railway tracks, the location box serves as a secure container for relays, terminal blocks, fuses, surge protection devices, and other signal control hardware. Its sloped top design helps prevent water accumulation, while the lockable doors ensure only authorized personnel can access the internal equipment. The design of the box emphasizes both functionality and security, supporting reliable signal transmission and easy on-site maintenance.

Signal Post
The Signal Post is a vital component in railway signaling systems, responsible for visually conveying operational commands to train drivers. Typically installed along railway tracks, these posts display colored light signals—such as red, yellow, and green—that indicate whether a train must stop, proceed with caution, or continue at full speed.
This particular signal post features a modern LED-based design for better visibility and energy efficiency. The mounted ladder and guard rails ensure safe access for maintenance personnel. Each signal is identified with a unique code (e.g., S801A) to help railway operators track and control train movement precisely.
Positioned at strategic intervals, signal posts enhance railway safety by preventing collisions, ensuring safe distances between trains, and coordinating traffic across junctions and stations.
Shunt Signal
The Shunt Signal is a low-level railway signal used primarily in yards, sidings, and depot areas to control the shunting (switching) movements of trains or rolling stock. Unlike mainline signals, shunt signals operate at slower speeds and are intended for track clearance and routing within confined rail areas.
This compact signal typically displays two or three aspects—such as white, red, or blue lights—to indicate whether a movement is permitted, restricted, or must stop. Its short height ensures it’s clearly visible to train drivers at close range and prevents confusion with mainline signals. The robust construction ensures durability against vibration, weather, and frequent usage in rail yards.
Shunt signals play a critical role in preventing collisions during complex train rearrangements and ensuring safe and efficient operations during train parking, coupling, or siding transitions.

Main Line Signal
The Main Line Signal is a critical component in railway signaling systems, installed along primary railway routes to regulate train movement. Positioned prominently for maximum visibility, this type of signal communicates essential instructions to train drivers—such as proceed, slow down, or stop—based on track conditions ahead.
Equipped with multiple color light aspects (commonly red, yellow, and green), the Main Line Signal helps maintain safe distances between trains and ensures the smooth flow of traffic across the rail network. Its elevated mounting allows it to be seen from long distances, especially important on high-speed or busy routes.
Designed to withstand outdoor conditions and operate reliably in both day and night environments, Main Line Signals are fundamental for preventing collisions, managing train intervals, and enabling efficient train operations across cities and regions.
